How do I take care of my CAMA bag?

Machine wash in cold water and with similar colors; turn the bag inside out, ideally placing it in a mesh washing bag.

  • Do not use fabric softener.

  • Best if line dried and turned inside out.

What makes a CAMA bag unique?

What does the name CAMA mean?

The name CAMA comes from the driest place on Earth - the Atacama desert in Chile. Dry, no water, fun name and desert that no one has heard of, equals our new brand: CAMA.

Your Purchase. Shipping, Returns & Exchanges.

Talk to me about shipping. Where do you ship and how much does it cost?

Currently, we ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii for a flat rate of $8. In the future, we plan to ship to U.S. Territories, Canada and the United Kingdom. Should you live outside of our shipping zone and are still interested in CAMA, please email us at keepmoving@camafit.com to discuss a special order. We cannot promise accommodation but hey, it never hurts to ask.

What is your return & exchange policy?

As long as the item is in its original form and unused condition, it may be returned for a full refund up to 30 days following the original date of purchase free of charge.

Returns and Exchange policy does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents

How do I exchange a product?

How do I return a product?

Returns allow you to return eligible product in your order for a full refund on your original payment method, or the opportunity to use that return credit against a different product on camafit.com. Click the button below to get started with your return and we will follow up with next steps to process your refund or credit.

How do I track my order?

Isn’t it fun following your package as it travels to you?! We sure think so. That’s why every order, once shipped, has a tracking number. The delivery service will keep you updated, while your CAMA product will keep you moving.

What do I do if I never receive my product?

AH! Bummer… say it ain’t so. Unfortunately, when it leaves our warehouse, it leaves our hands. We provide a tracking number with every order so you’re up to date. If you see the item marked as delivered but it’s nowhere in sight, contact the delivery service to file an inquiry.

How do I make changes to my order?

We’re a small shop but speedy, so get in touch with us early (within 24 hours). Just let us know what needs to change -- your address, color selection, quantity, etc. Shoot us a note at keepmoving@camafit.com.

What is the CAMA product guarantee?

We’ve put loads of work into our products to ensure they’re top-notch. That includes, sourcing amazing fabric, testing in day-to-day conditions, and partnering with the best producers. Now, while we deliver the highest quality, nothing lasts forever -- we wish they did! However, if something should happen under normal usage during your first 30 days, we’re happy to replace the product.

What is CAMA doing to support sustainability?

To start, we constructed a reusable bag! No more single-use plastic bags needed. Instead, you can treat your gear the way it should be treated, like royalty.
